The TRUTEMP and TRUTEMP2 are self adhesive like a sticker. They adhere to any smooth clean surface and give you an indication of the surface temperature. We usually put them near the inlet of the radiator. (TOP) They are an easy way of determining if the coolant is really getting as hot as the temperature gage may be indicating.
