CASCO RETURN POLICY

We understand that returns need to happen due to a variety of reasons. Our return service is simple. For a full refund, we encourge a timely return.

Please call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which should be written on the returned package. Ship the package back to us at the address below. Refunds are processed within 21 days of receipt. 

We can accept returns after 60 days, which will be processed with a 10% return fee. Returned items without an RMA will be subject to a $5 search fee. Items without CASCO purchase confirmation cannot be accepted.

Please call our office at 740-622-8561 for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) before shipping.

Returned items must be in good, as received, condition.  

Return of used parts is discouraged and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

We reserve the right to not accept returned electrical parts.    

If CASCO is at fault we will refund reasonable return shipping charges.
