Add a level of comfort that your brake lights will come on without having to stand on your brake pedal. Works every time regardless of your pressure switch working or not.
First off, the add on brake light switch greatly enhances safety and I recommend it. It works just as described, so five stars for function. The installation was a stuggle for me. I removed the steering wheel for better access to the brake support assembly under the dash. If the seat was out it would have been a breeze. You need two hands under the dash to install it. The really hard part for me was removing the brake pedal pivot bolt to install the metal pad that the new brake switch closes on. Just couldnt reach needing two hands. So I epoxied the part in place instead and it works as it should. The electrical connections were plug and play. Great results overall, but three stars on the installation difficulty and instructions--the photos were not well lit. Thanks CASCO for a great safety enhancement.
